Mr. Andy

Mr. Andy is an open book of all things hip hop. From the styles to the history, to the groove, he always makes sure students are well educated in the craft of hip hop culture and more importantly the dance side of it. Born and raised in Fort Collins, CO, Andy began dancing in his room at the young age of 9 trying to copy Justin Timberlake, Usher, Chris Brown, and Michael Jackson. It wasn’t until he was 14, that he decided to try dancing at a studio. There he began taking ballet, contemporary, tap, jazz, hip hop, and breaking. He ended up dancing competitively through high school, his team placing 1st in the hip hop locally, and winning 2nd place at nationals his junior year. After school, Andy got back to his roots in the local hip-hop community and joined MightyRockMorez from Fort Collins. There, he began broadening his knowledge in all the hip-hop styles. He’s been teaching since the age of 15. His favorite color is purple and he loves Choco Tacos. He lives and breathes hip hop and is excited to share his passions for it with others.

Ms. Stefanie

Stefanie grew up always in and out of all sorts of sports from karate to softball, to gymnastics, and at age 9 discovered her love for dance. She was very introverted and shy and never in a million years thought she'd ever join a competitive dance team. But, the Lord had different plans, and she began competitive dance when she was 10 years old and quickly broke out of her introverted shell and became a lover of jazz/acro and lyrical solos and hip hop group dances. She began assistant teaching preschool dance when she was 13 in between her competition practices and then began teaching all ages on her own when she was 16! She stopped studio dance when she was 15 and transitioned to competitive school dance then “retired" from dance when she was 17. She is now 21 and before moving out to CO she hopped back into the dance world and was taking master classes in Nashville and rediscovered the joy dance brings her! She  loves all types of dance, but her most favorite are lyrical and contemporary. She is so excited to share the joy she has in dance with each kiddo and can’t wait to meet each one of you!

At Rez Dance she has furthered her dance education in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. Wendy loves teaching her students what it means to dance for Jesus. She always does her best to show her dancers how loved and valued they are. Outside of dance, Wendy is currently an elementary education major at UNC and will be graduating in the spring of 2022!
